SAMBA Certificates

To acknowledge SAMBA participants for meeting milestones and keep participants engaged please use the following certificates.  

If nice paper with a boarder is available, use the file labeled “no boarder” to print certificates. Otherwise print the file that includes a boarder. When a client meets a milestone please print his or her name on the line, date the certificate and sign your name.  

We recommend that coaches keep copies of certificates with workbook materials in case a client meets a milestone.  We also recommend that coaches provide participants with certificates at the end of the session.
